Why? Main reason is that they actually care about their advertisers. My proof? My sites were down for four days, right? On the fourth day, Ken Brown sent me an email, saying they were doing a random check of their advertisers to see if they links they land on are working, and they landed on a dead page on my advertisement. He then sent me a letter letting me know my page was down. I sent him a reply, saying, yes, I do know that and it has been that way for four days now. Ken’s reply was quick. He said, and I quote:
When you get the site back up then let me know. We can restart your ad and I will add 4 days to the ad time so you can have a full months worth. You don’t want visitors to land on a dead site. That discourages them from visiting later.
You gotta admire these people’s consideration. Most advertisers would typically don’t give a damn whether your site is working or not, or whether you get your fair share of days, just as long as you pay them what they ask for. After that, you’re just statistics, a means to getting what they want: money. But Adgitize is not like that. Its no wonder they’ve grown so big and has gotten a lot of loyal advertisers.
