Babying My Desktop

Next to Paulie and Svet, the love of my life would be my desktop. I’d literally be lost without it, so I take care of it the best that I could. I have a lot of files stored in here that I would be hopeless without, so it is important that my computer stays in tip-top shape so I can always have access to them whenever I need them. I’ve been known to download software which can help me achieve this goal, and one such program is the WinASO Registry Optimizer, a registry optimizer for Windows. It’s spring cleaning every week for my desktop, and WinASO is one of the tools I use on such periodic system tuneups.

Why would my computer need a registry optimizer? Optimizing my registry helps eliminate problems which will certainly delay my work, such as slowness, BSOD (blue screen of death), system crashes and other PC errors. My knowledge in computer repair is not really an advanced, and instead of waiting for such problems to happen, I see to it to run the program together with my other software tools on a weekly basis. I expect software that I install on my computer to not hog my system resources, and WinASO is not an exception to that. While working on the background, I’m glad that it doesn’t slow my computer down, otherwise I would have gotten rid of it a long time ago.

You can download WinASO Registry Optimizer for free. The latest version even has a data recovery feature, which no doubt will be really useful to anyone who’s ever had a problem with lost files. There is no charge to try this software but the trial version has limited functionality. I highly recommend this software as a necessary utility for your Windows machine, and this being very easy to install and run makes it user-friendly even to the most clueless computer users.

  1. I know how you feel about your desktop. I have lost a computer in the past and I always vow I will back up everything…. later….. then I don’t. I have been doing a good thing that is helpful though…I have began uploading files that I might want access to from other places (mylaptop) to google docs. It is easy to use and I can access from anywhere!

    1. oh my gosh you are giving me a lot of new ideas that make so much sense! thanks! will try the google docs option too 🙂
