My youngest sister owns a piano, a recent gift from my mom. When Svet and I came home from our vacation, it was already here. It was a new toy in Svet’s eyes, and she keeps going inside my mom’s room (where it is kept) to tinker with it. I can’t count the number of times I told her not to play with it because it’s not for little girls like her, but I guess the love for musical instruments (plus her natural curiosity) is getting the better of her.
I’m now planning to buy her a toy piano next time we go out, or any toy instrument, so that she’d leave the real piano alone (at least until she’s old enough to take piano lessons and fully appreciate the purpose of said instrument). Paulie will like it for sure, as he told me a while back he’d like Svet to learn how to play at least one instrument when she’s able to. I have no problems with the guitar lessons. He will take care of that one for our daughter. Tee hee.

I LOVE the sound of a piano! It is my fav musical instrument ever! My dad knows how to play it and he wanted me to take piano lessons when I was a child but I was more into dancing back then…and now I regret it, cause I wish I knew how to play it now. Maybe one day I will get the chance to attend piano lessons *daydreaming*
you will be the most gorgeous piano player by then! :yay:
