With Bluehost, that is. Ever since I transferred to them from my old host, I’ve been nothing but satisfied. I’ve had some downtime, but that’s for a valid reason (server upgrade or another) and not long enough to inconvenience me (no more than several minutes in all occasions).
Their support is the best, they are more than willing to help me out on any issues I have with my account. Their rates are affordable, considering their great service. I let my sister use the free domain name that they gave me when I signed up, so it’s a great deal overall.
There’s more. Everything they say on the front page of the site is true, I’ve proven that during my time with them. They also have a really easy WordPress install handled by Simple Scripts, that any newbie can do it in a minute. They also use cPanel, which is equally easy to use (I’ve tried others, and they make my head hurt).
