We have been cooped up inside the house for two weeks now due to the constant rain. It’s making sourpusses out of my daughter Svet and my nephew Elijah, and it’s making me really, really bored with nothing to see but the walls of our house. I miss sunshiny days so bad. Is it too much to ask to go to the park with the kids to relax and enjoy the warmth of the sun? Well, I guess it does. There’s no sign of the dreary rains letting up anytime soon.
My cousin and four of his workmates were here last week for a contract job at a telecom company, and even they weren’t able to stand the weather conditions. They finally decided today to finish their assignments in Vigan and La Union first, and just come back here after those jobs in the hopes that the weather will cooperate by then.
So here I am with nothing to do, instead of preparing where to go next because I know going out still isn’t going to be a viable option in the coming days. Come to think of it, I never really cared about rainy days before. I actually liked it, because it made the days and/or nights a bit colder. But now I just want me some sunshine!
I think I’ll just sleep. I want to wake up only when there’s sun outside.

While you were hoping for some sunlight at your end, kami naman are praying for some rain. Tigang na tigang na kami sa sobrang init, ni ayaw man lang umambon 🙁
By the way Kaye, maulan pa din ba ang Baguio on October? We’re considering to visit sana kasi 😀
pag ganyang nde makallabas MOVIE lang katapat samin heheheh 😀
it would be nice to do something together with the family inside the house. at pagumuulan magandang pagkakataon yan.
