The latest Girls Talk topic (Vital Statistics, of ALL things!) got me thinking, perhaps I should make an effort to exercise for real. Spending most of the day in front of the computer can really take a toll on one’s body shape, even for someone with a metabolism like I do.
Maybe we can allocate a space in the house for a fixed dip station (and no, it’s not the kind you go to for appetizers at parties and restaurants, although I admit that would be much more enjoyable to have). I don’t think it will eat much space, looking at it. The question is, will I be able to use it for exercising, much less on a daily basis? Oh well. Only time will tell.

you don’t need to exercise na marce, you’re slim na eh..yong exercise nalang pampalaki ng boobs..he..he..meron ba yon?
korek.. di mo na kailangan mag exercise to lose weight.. but u still need to have some physical activity para pagpawisan ka. 😀

gusto ko na nga magpabili ng threadmill kay hubby eh.. or kaya cross trainer… pero baka di ko naman ipagpatuloy.. lalo ako tataba pag nagstart ako tapos di ko icontinue.
ay si yobib jan biglang lumaki.. nag gym ng one week tapos nag stop ayun lumobo lalo hihih

dip machine is useful if you often use it, if not you just place a corner and gain dust
dip machine is a good gift for boss they often have open house 😀
I remember went my boss house so huge and buffet dinner. oh yeah.. dip machine is there waiting to be use ;D
i always wanted to go to the gym just so I can try the treadmill. that is my only reason. jogging is nice too, but the weather here in Baguio is making it hard for me to wake up early. 😉

i dnt think you need a diet sis…maybe you just need an exercise para d magkasakit since lagi k naka upo…so threadmill lang or lakad lang sa labas nyo paakyat ng bundok ang need mo 😀
