No Underpants

That should be Svet’s last name. Svetlana No Underpants. She dislikes, no, she abhors shorts, pajamas, undies, anything that one is supposed to wear on the lower half of the body. Most days, it’s just her (at barely two years old! Imagine!) choice of top and her diaper.

While some moms worry about how to make their child eat more or determining what are the best multivitamins they should give to their children, I worry over how to make Svet wear her dang pajamas or shorts all the time. Lately I thought she was starting to warm up to the idea of dressing like the rest of us because she already allows Paulie to wear them on her after taking a bath, but no. Ten minutes after, she’s gotten rid of them.

Yes, dearies. She hides them on purpose and we still have to go looking for it in order to put it on her again. So that’s how we spend our day. Positively adorable. And if sarcasm is a foreign language to you, then yes, that last remark was in fact, sarcastic.
