Two Days

A PayPal withdrawal to my Unionbank savings account takes two days. Not exactly on the dot, but it gets credited at seven in the evening, Philippine time, every time. I cannot count the number of withdrawal I’ve made now, but I can safely say that I haven’t had a delayed credit to my account in all those withdrawals I made. So maybe the EON Cyber Account page is not always up (it sometimes acts up and goes down without notice), but I don’t know of a more reliable online balance checking system than EON.

That, plus there are absolutely no hidden charges when I make my withdrawals. Php50 deducted from when I withdraw from my PayPal account, that’s all. What the PayPal withdrawal page says you will get in your account, expect the full amount to be credited to your UnionBank savings account two days later. That’s even pretty cheap compared to some local bank charges I know (some as high as Php250 per withdrawal).

I have yet to try my EON Cyber Account’s other features (like their online bills paying facility), but I will definitely let you know how that goes ^^.

  1. I have problems with my EON card…when I checked my account online there was a new additional password required. So I entered my additional password but every time I entered it, it said the password was INVALID. I contacted their cs and they just told me to enter my old password which I did. And nothing happened until it was blocked…Until now I never got to open my account with them…

I’ve read the article and I’m so thankful that you are using EON to withdraw your PayPal earnings.Although we do apologize for the inconvenience due to the times that we experience some problems with our systems.

@Seth, K is right, if you want to request for your account to be activated and to have your transaction password to be reset, you can either go to the bank or you can call our Customer Service at 841 8600 and they’ll be the one to process your request.

@K, thanks for sharing the information.
