Yummy Sweets

Last time I went to meet my marces, I got a taste of a super yum carrot and pineapple cake baked by one of my sweet marces. I am so jealous that they are able to whip up such heavenly creations, while my cooking skills (or what’s left of it, anyway) turn to dust by the day because I hardly have time to cook anymore.

My sister just told me how she loves to have her own oven this Christmas and I am very happy that she is motivated. She’s very excited to bake cakes and cookies and sell it for a living (and eat a lot on the side, of course. LOL). She can also sell yummy chocolate covered strawberries online if ever. Just thinking about it makes me excited too. She’ll be the first one in the family to learn how to bake.

There are short courses offered in our place and I bet it’s not that expensive and won’t take much of her time. As much as I would love to also learn how to bake so we can both make cookies, it’s just not possible at this time. But I bet Svetlana and Elijah will be happy campers, and are sure to be big fans of her cookies.
