Heat Allergies

I’m almost ashamed about this post, but it’s gotta be said because it’s ridiculous. I have freaking heat allergies. And it’s stupid because I’ve only lived in Baguio for a little more than three years. Yet every time we go down from the mountains to spend time with the family here in Bulacan, my hands and feet get really, really itchy.

I do not eat anything out of the ordinary, plus I’ve never had any food allergy before so I’m positive that it’s not the food. It’s not the water either because we spend time in different parts of Bulacan every time we’re here but the itching persists. I therefore conclude it’s the heat, because it’s the only thing in common in all the places we go to here.

It’s bad enough that I am sweating like a pig in my (well, not my my. I just found it lying around the house so I thought I’d use it. LOL) sunglasses whenever we go out, but the heat allergies have to step in and make me more uncomfortable. I really miss the cold of Baguio, but we gotta stay here until January to spend the holidays with the family. Anyway, what’s a month, right?

  1. mainit nga ‘te. di bale, you’ll be back in a couple of weeks dito sa Baguio, by that time it’s extra cold, hope u won’t get cold allergy naman pagbalik mo though kasi extremes and weather from there at dito sa city of pines. =D

  2. Pia has skin asthma, and it will never go away. her skin is so rough kahit fair yung skin color nya. allergies can be prevented I guess unlike for skin asthma, forever na. 🙁
