I’ve never liked mathematics, and certainly not Algebra. I wonder now how I could have passed those subjects without the help of school friends who were gifted with the wisdom to understand the subject, something that has always irritatingly eluded me, even up to now. Online tutoring wasn’t all the hype then, unlike now, so even if I had fairly frequent Internet access back then, I wouldn’t have been able to ask for online Algebra help or assistance to those brain-bleeding Math problems.
That would have been preferable over pestering my classmates to help me understand Algebra word problems (or give me their Math answers straight away if I could swing it. Haha) which I am so hopeless on. High school and college was basically the same, only that the Math seemed harder to solve, and I’m still clueless. It was a relief when I got out of school with passing Math scores. I never really liked the idea of getting Algebra 2 help from random college classmates who took it their responsibility of tutoring me without my express permission and berating me for not understanding it the first time around.
If I had to do it all over again, I would definitely be seeking the help of an online tutoring company like TutorVista. Besides having generous offers for students, I’m pretty sure I’ll get my money’s worth for their tutoring package. And the service is available 24/7. I could ask for help with Math word problems anytime of the day, without me worrying of getting that “are-you-serious” look.

online tutoring got in malaysia too but not sure the price. a blogger tell me to go seminar listen talk I fear of it she ask me to invest money then ask people join so I can get back money. no way!! I dont have many friends that have internet access and they too not good with computer.

i hate math more than cockroach. :)) I am worried because I have to enroll basic stat this summer. might as well get it over and done with right? 😀

OH gosh kahit anung klaseng MATH nde ako uubra :)) nung elementary ako magaling ako sa math…nung nag simula n ang stat at trigo sa HS ayaw ko na :))
dpende lang talaga sa atin yan:D kasi na brain wash tayo na mahirap ehehehe
