In Love With InLinkz

I just know I’ve been bitten by the love bug. I super love InLinkz, and with good reason. A couple of months or so ago, they’ve made the move to charge users for their thumbnail feature, and since I was reluctant to pay at the time (can you tell I’m a cheapskate?), I switched to rival Linky Tools for my needs. I was okay with it, I mean it’s essentially the same as InLinkz. It’s takes an extra couple of clicks though, to actually submit a link using the Linky Tools thumbnail feature. Call me lazy, but I really don’t like those extra clicks. That, plus their dashboard layout leaves much to be desired. But, it was free, so.

Until about a week ago, when Linky Tools also decided to charge a fee for their service. This move is perfectly understandable, but I didn’t like the way they made the announcement. It irked me a bit, actually. So I logged in to my InLinkz account once again, because I remembered they charge a couple of dollars cheaper per year to subscribe. Economic-wise and based on my previous positive experience as a free user of the site, I thought that I made a good decision, coming back to InLinkz‘s arms once more.

That is, until I contacted their support for question about exporting lists. Barely ten minutes passed, and a reply to my inquiry is already sitting in my inbox. Whoa. Support ninjas. And they actually didn’t send me a copy-pasted reply! With all my previous experience with support people, that is like amazing. I didn’t believe it could happen a second time around, but it did again just today. I requested for a change in email address and boom! I was blown away again by how fast and courteous and thorough these ninjas are.

So now I don’t only think it was a good decision that I signed up with InLinkz. I know. So for you bloggers who host meme/s, definitely check out their services. I give you my word, they ARE the best in the biz. You gotta love these guys. And this isn’t even a paid post!
