The WorkStation Of My Dreams

In 2008 when I barely earning enough for our family’s needs as a ghost writer, I had to work in a makeshift desk using a plastic kitchen chair and a really old computer as an online partner. Fast forward 2010, I was finally able to invest in a proper computer desk, an office chair and a better computer with the help of the appreciably better pay of blog designing.

As is the nature of people, even if my current workstation set-up was everything I’ve dreamed of several years earlier, I still find myself wishing for an even better set-up today. If you know me, you’ll know that I’ll scrimp on anything if it’s mainly for myself but if it’s for making my work faster and more comfortable, I would say “hey, just shut up and take my money”.

I don’t wish for anything extravagant. Just something bigger to accommodate more of my books for easier access, a sturdier computer chair and another hard drive for my growing disk space needs. A set-up like that in the picture would be awfully nice, although with the current  size of the house we’re renting, I don’t think it’s possible. I’m not giving up the dream, though. In a couple of years I’ll make sure the home we’ll live in has enough space for that sweet set-up, and I’ll definitely share some pictures with you when that day comes.
