It’s that time of the year again! The Singkaban Festival 2017 kicked off last August 31, 2017, and the festivities will start today, to last a week long. There are no classes for the kids again starting Wednesday, so hopefully we will be able to go to some of the activities they’ve planned for Bulakenyos this year. September 14 / 8:00AM to 5:00PM / Bulacan Capitol Gymnasium: Bulacan Food Congress
